Mr. Morningstar has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, including exploration and development, exploitation, geology and capital investment strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Brandon University. Mr. Morningstar is a member of the CSPG and APEGA.
Mr. Keller has a wealth of experience in exploration, resource development, acquisitions and divestitures, exploitation, geology and capital investment strategy ranging over three decades.
Mr. Fawcett is a Professional Engineer and is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of Canlin Energy’s assets and staff. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta. Mr. Fawcett is a member of APEGA.
Mr. Bernhard is a Chartered Professional Accountant with thirty-years of oil and gas experience in the areas of corporate finance, accounting, tax, strategic planning, corporate reporting, investor relations and directors’ governance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance degree (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.
Ms. Kelly has extensive legal experience in the Energy sector, through both senior in-house roles and several years of private practice at two top-tier National firms. She holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
Mr. MacDonald is the skillful lead of Canlin’s burgeoning Midstream business. He has over thirty years of expertise in marketing, trading and risk mitigation within the oil and gas industry. He holds a BA (Administrative and Commercial Studies) in Finance from the University of Western Ontario.
Mr. Lee has over twenty years’ experience within the upstream oil and natural gas sector, including well and sour gas plant operations, managing facility projects, and overseeing personal and process safety programs. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. Mr. Lee is a member of APEGA.
Ms. McBride brings over twenty years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in land management, administration and acquisitions and divestitures. Ms. McBride has held positions of increasing responsibilities at both small to mid-size companies and is an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.
Mr. Van Ee has 30 years experience in various aspects of engineering and business, obtained throughout the WCSB. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of APEGA and SPE. Gord’s mandate is to ensure the effective deployment of resource development capital within Canlin’s properties.
